Simple enough. This is something some have known for some time, but it's important that healthcare choices you make be based on real evidence, rather than simply on anecdotes. A study conducted at a Bangladeshi medical college reviewing the records of 500 patients suffering from migraine and/or tension headaches showed that the most effective pain-reducing treatments were massage and analgesics.
For other conclusions of the study, see the article from Massage magazine here.
